HOW GUILT, SADNESS AND SHAME AFFECTING OUR LIFE

Why do we need to deal with our guilt? Believe it or not, any negative emotion that we have can bring our energy down. If our manifestation is hardly come true, if your surroundings give you unfriendly vibes, if it is hard for you to love yourself or accept love from others, you might want to check if there is any lower energy still in your heart, your mind, your life.

It’s also similar to feeling sad or ashamed. I feel that any lower energy that we might feel or in our subconscious will affect any decision that we make. If we want our life to be based on compassion and love, we need to process our negative feelings so our hearts and mind will not be clouded when we make a decision for our future.

I felt guilty of the decision I made in the past, quit my job, and felt ashamed of my single status. I tried to hide my divorced so not many people know about it and I truly felt it’s not something I should be proud of. I feel guilty for my parents and children because I feel like I let them down. I felt sad and lonely and nobody understands me. I can be in a room full of family and friends and yet I felt alone, all you want I want to felt was to be accepted & understood.

As you feel the negative emotion inside of you, you will not be aware that those feelings drag you deeper every day. You would felt you were not good enough; you did not deserve to have what you want in life. The worst thing was you would attract people with the same energy as you.

How many opportunities in life passed by because we don’t feel deserving? If we don’t start doing the things we want to do, we can see many people do the things we want just because they decide to do it, just because they have confidence. We can have more experience and skill, but they are living our dream job, dream life because they decide and we don’t.

Our guilt comes from our subconscious that we felt and believed that were true, it also comes because we make a decision based on what society wants us to be. The more we want to be accepted by society, the thicker layer we covered ourselves to show our true selves.

When you want to feel comfortable, live with ease and peace in my experience you need to feel comfortable to be you. As you are not thinking so much about other people's opinions about your life, you will start to feel that it's ok to be you and it's ok not to be ok. Other people's judgment doesn’t matter as long as you accept and make peace with yourself, with your decision, and with your past.

How to overcome negative feelings? Meditation helps you ease the guilt. Meditation helps you to accept who you truly are. Mediation is not the only way, Meditation is the easiest and the most effective way for me and my family to overcome our fear, guilt, shame, and insecurities
